Nature’s Wisdom

Grounded Change created models that help structure change. We integrated models that are outstanding in the field of change. These are an integration of authoritative standards for change with a sensitivity of how nature changes. Undoubtedly the traditional forms of knowledge are reliable and sound. Traditional change intelligence is useful; it assists changes and has profound results. One example is application of systems theory. Many forms of change intelligence embrace a systems perspective. Awareness of all the variations of one’s being (including relationships, family, groups and emotions) presents a collective whole. Systemic coaching can have profound results. That is why we use it.

The Grounded Change approach takes models like this a step further. With the acumen of traditional change knowledge we consolidate the cycles of change that are found in nature. We studied natural change and how it informs change of humans and their systems. Interestingly nature’s models are similar to the research findings of many seemingly unrelated fields. For instance, finance models tend to be analogus. Perhaps human operations correspond to those in nature. That is our hypothesis.

Metaphorically, Grounded Change provides change tools to guide clients in a manner aligned with nature’s attributes. As humans unearth their innate schemata they learn to attune to natural cycles and development. These methods are integrated with the clear thinking of traditional coaching of change. This approach harvests meaningfulness and firmly shifts toward one’s most effective composition, in harmony with their goals. This conserves energy, avoids unnecessary detours, protects one from irrelevant influences, and promotes a more satisfying, sustainable future.
